I don't know them all, but I could give you a hand...
1: ?
2. ?
3 = 30-40k
4 = about 20k
5. = 8-10k?
6. = Would be hard to sell... 5-8k
7. = 40-50k?
8. = Hard to sell... 10k
9. = salvage the mods and merchant.
10. = Stance items are very hard to sell, I'd say merchant / salvage. but i'm not sure if the skin is worth anything...
11. = 30k?
12. Same as Tower Shield (#6)
13. +15% -5 Energy istn't popular, 25k?
14. Think they aren't rare anymore since they drop in gwen, thus merchant it, i'm not sure though.
15. Non-max damage mod, almost impossible to sell, i'd say merchant to save time but if you find a buyer you could get 10k...
16. Merchant, common skin / unwanted damage mod
17. No clue
18. about 60k

#3 - 13-14k.
#4 - 5-7k.
#5 - ~10k.
#6 - ~7-8k.
#7 - Salvage +30hp and sell for 8-12k, the try sell sword for ~15k.
#8 - 4-5k.
#9 - Salvage and then merch.
#10 - 10-15k.
#11 - 30-40k.
#12 - 7-8k.
#13 - ~15k.
#14 - 5-8k.
#15 - 15-25k.
#16 - ~15k.
#17 - 8-12k, seems to be rather common drop in EN.
#18 - ~40-45k.
You're not usually allowed to post this many items but since the above Pcs were somewhat off I gave a few estimates...
